Getting your order to you fast and safely matters
Our shipping options are fast and reliable. All parcels are fully insured and protected against damage, loss or theft during transit. All parcels over $250 will require a signature. Orders ship by the next business day. But, if you need it faster, we’ll ship the same day on all FedEx Priority Overnight orders placed before noon CT—guaranteed.
Shipping time
FedEx Priority Overnight shipping refers to the guaranteed amount of time it takes for you to receive your order from the day that it ships. So, for example, if we receive your order on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday via Overnight, and FedEx has until the end of the business day on Wednesday to deliver. FedEx Saver has an estimated transit time of three days. FedEx Ground and USPS Priority have an estimated transit time of two to seven days, based on your proximity to us. FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver and USPS Priority are not guaranteed and may take longer.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories
We currently only offer FedEx 2-Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii. We currently only offer USPS Priority to US territories, and prices will populate at checkout based on your order total.
Shipping outside the United States
For shipments outside the United States, you’ll be charged actual FedEx shipping costs. Be sure to select “Worldwide Express” shipping during checkout. We will calculate your final shipping cost, notify you of your order total, and adjust your final invoice.
* FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes! If shipping to a PO Box but FedEx is selected, you will be for charged and shipped via USPS Priority.
Carrier Charge Backs - Address Corrections
If for any reason a carrier charges any additional fees including but not limited to, address corrections, parcel reroutes, etc. you will be charged this cost.
Damaged Box or Missing Contents?
If you received a FedEx box that is damaged and/or is missing contents that require a claim to be submitted, the receiver must keep possession of the box and all contents for possible carrier inspection. In addition to contents, we will need photographic evidence of parcel in order to submit a claim. If contents or box are discarded, it will render our ability to file a claim with FedEx null and void. Claims cannot be filed with USPS for stolen, damaged or missing contents.
