To get in the holiday spirit, we cooked up something special, just for you! We have compiled some behind-the-scenes shots of our Fall 2017 photo-shoot for you to get to know our team and process a little better. This shoot captures everything special about this festive time of year. Good gravy, we even included a couple of easy appetizers that we made on the set, just in-time for Thanksgiving! Holiday Appetizers
Caprese 2.0
Pair fresh mozzarella with blood orange and mint, then drizzle with a balsamic glaze for a unique take on the classic Caprese salad.
- Blood Oranges, pealed and sliced.
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Mint Leaves
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Harvest Tuna Salad Boats
Hollowed out cucumbers stuffed with your favorite tuna salad, garnished with fresh onion, make for the perfect healthy finger-foods.
- Cucumbers, peeled and hollowed.
- 2 cans Tuna, drained
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- Chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
Fall Sangria
Combine cut apples and blood oranges with red wine and cinnamon sticks – let sit in fridge over night to merge flavors. Add club soda, a dash of orange liqueur and honey to taste.
